Behavior Tech Computer Corp. (BTC)
Introduction
BTC were a Taiwan-based computer peripheral manufacturer in the early days of the IBM PC era. Founded in 1982, they started creating keyboards for PC clones, growing massively in that decade to become the third largest keyboard manufacturer in the world.
In 1989 they expanded into producing mice, sound cards, graphics cards, scanners, optical drives, and more.
For sound cards they aligned with both OPTi and ESS Technology, and for graphics cards Oak Technology. The table below lists some of the devices we have from BTC that we have information on here at DOS Days:

BTC mostly sold to OEMs for use in their PC clones. The BTC-1831 sound card for example, was used in a lot of CompuTrend Pentium machines. ALR and Kaypro shipped a lot of their PC compatibles with BTC keyboards in the mid-to-late 1980s.
