In Labway A111 was a 16-bit ISA sound card released in 1996, based on the ESS AudioDrive ES1868 chipset.

The A111 was based on two chips: First, the ESS AudioDrive ES1868 chipset provided its own flavour of OPL3 FM synthesis in the form of ESFM™, while the AdMOS QDSP QS1000 provided onboard General MIDI wavetable capability.
Board Revisions
There are at least three different Labway cards whose FCC ID had the 'LWHA111' prefix. Aside from the A111-930 you see above, there was also the LWHA111A20 and LWHA111860. They all used the ES1868 audio controller.
The A111-860 was a no-frills variant with no onboard wavetable, instead just having a wavetable header. Some came with an IDE interface header while others just had solder pins for the header. You can see pictures of this further down. The A111-860 was also sold by Genius as the Genius SoundMaker 18PnP.
The A111-A20 was similar to the 930 in that some variants came with an onboard wavetable (again, the QS1000) and an IDE interface.
