Typhoon Multimedia
Anubis International was a worlwide distribution company that began trading in 1994. Based in Germany, supplying Office accessories, PC and Multimedia peripherals, it quickly grew to a worldwide organization with offices in Germany, India, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Their main Anubis brand sold office products including cables, adapters, CD-ROM and disk boxes, ink refills, and more. Their Multimedia Entertainment product range was marketed under the trade mark of TYPHOON. Among other things, they produced sound cards and graphics cards during the late 1990s.
Typhoon's budget range were called 'EasyLite'. Their premium range was called 'Silver Crest'.

Acoustic SixIntroduced: 1999? Whether you have 2, 4, or even 6 speakers systems, the Typhoon Acoustic Six 5+1 sound card provides the ability and enhancement to connect to these speakers to your computer. Built with the advanced HRTF-based 3D positional audio chipset, it supports 4 and 6 channel output and with the software DVD player, it will produce Dolby Digital (AC-3) audio effects. If you have the Digital decoder (AC-3), you can use the optical digital output to direct the 6 channel audio from the sound card and then to the 6 channel speakers. The Acoustic Six has a professional digital interface that supports 24-bit SPDIF IN/OUT (44.1K and 48K).
