1. The directory structure of the CD-ROM

   This CD-ROM is divided into the following subdirectories:
         

     \AUDIO                - Creative Audio Software   
                             ( For Windows 98SE/2000/Millenium/XP )

     \Bin		   - Autorun & Reboot information		
			     ( For Windows 98SE/2000/Millenium/XP )

     \DIRECTX              - Microsoft DirectX 7.0a
                             ( For Windows 98se )

     \License		   - License agreements
			
     \MANUALS              - On Line Guide for Sound Blaster PCI 128 
                             and Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 

     \Registration         - Localized registration programmes.
           	
			
     Please refer to the user documentation that comes with your
     Sound Blaster package for more information on these software
     applications.


2. How to install the software on this CD-ROM if you are running
   Windows 98se/2000/Millennium/XP.

   2.1 Installation steps on Windows 98SE/2000/Millennium/XP systems

       If you have Windows 98SE/2000/Millennium/XP on your system, the 
       software installation process is simple as this CD-ROM 
       is Autoplay-enabled. Follow the steps outlined below:

       (a) Insert this CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
	
       (b) The language selection screen will appear. 
   
       (c) Click on your choice and then choose the application you want 
           to install. Follow the instructions on the screen to 
           complete the installation.


    2.2 Additional Windows 98SE/2000/Millennium/XP Notes

        If you wish to re-install any of the software on the
        CD-ROM later, you can eject the CD-ROM from your CD-ROM 
        drive, and then close the CD-ROM tray. 
        Windows will recognize the CD-ROM's Autoplay feature and the
        Setup Options menu will be made available again.

   Note: You may need to reset the Hardware Acceleration slider back to 
	 Full Acceleration before playing any games in Windows Millennium. 
	
3. Recording Analog sources e.g CD Audio, using digital output in Win ME/2000/XP.

   Untick analog source in Creative Mixer Playback control  
   and choose CD audio or Stereo mix from Record control.
